What we diagnose
We read the codes. We explain what they mean. In plain English.
Most auto parts stores can pull a code, but they can’t tell you what’s actually wrong or what it’ll take to fix it. Roguez brings professional-grade diagnostic equipment directly to your Jacksonville location and walks you through every finding — before any work begins.
We diagnose issues across your engine, transmission, ABS, airbag system, emissions, electrical system, and more — all on-site, all in a single visit.
Check engine light & OBD-II fault codes
ABS & traction control warning lights
Transmission & drivetrain fault codes
Airbag & SRS system warnings
Emissions & EVAP system faults
Electrical & battery system issues
How it works
Three steps from booking to answers.
Why Roguez
Skip the shop. Get answers where you are.
A dealership diagnostic in Jacksonville can run $150–$200 just to identify the problem — before a single repair begins. And you still have to arrange getting the car there.
Roguez comes to you, runs the same professional-grade scan, explains every code in plain language, and applies the diagnostic fee toward your repair if you choose to proceed.
“We don’t just read codes — we tell you what they actually mean and what you actually need.”

Car Diagnostic FAQ
What is a mobile car diagnostic service?
A mobile car diagnostic service brings the diagnostic equipment directly to your vehicle, at your home, office, or wherever your car is parked. A certified technician connects a professional OBD-II scanner to your vehicle’s onboard computer, reads any stored fault codes, and provides a clear explanation of what those codes mean and what repairs are needed. No tow truck, no shop visit required.
How long does a mobile diagnostic take?
Most diagnostics take between 30 and 60 minutes on-site. Complex electrical or multi-system issues may take longer, but we’ll always communicate the timeline clearly before we begin.
My check engine light is on but my car seems fine. Do I still need a diagnostic?
Yes, and sooner is better. A check engine light that appears minor can indicate early-stage engine problems, emissions failures, sensor malfunctions, or catalytic converter issues that worsen significantly if left unaddressed. A diagnostic tells you exactly what you’re dealing with before a small issue becomes an expensive repair.
Can you fix the problem the same day as the diagnostic?
In many cases, yes. If the repair falls within scope and we have the necessary parts on the truck, we can complete it on the same visit. For repairs requiring specific parts, we’ll source them locally in Jacksonville and return, typically same day or next day.
Do you diagnose all vehicle makes and models?
We diagnose most domestic and imported vehicles including Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and more. Call us with your year, make, and model if you’re unsure whether we cover your vehicle.
